Shelves
Shelves cut to fit an alcove, the inside of a cupboard, or a plain wall.
Most of the work is in wood. I also paint, and I take on smaller jobs in the garden. The list is a guide, not a price list. If yours is missing, describe it and I will say whether I can take it on.

A short job to put right something that is working loose or wearing, before it gets worse.
A small alteration in wood or simple fixing, with the work agreed beforehand.
Short household tasks that often come up alongside the woodwork.

Pictures and mirrors hung, with the fixings placed for the spot you choose.
The jobs that keep getting put off. Tell me what it is, and I will say whether I can take it on.
If it is not written here, describe it. I will say whether I can do it.
Tell me what you want changed, and which town it is in.
I say whether it is work I can do, or work for another trade.
We agree the extent and the cost before I pick up the tools.
I do not take on gas work, mains electrical work, plumbing installations or work to the structure of a building. Those need a qualified specialist.
If you have a photograph, fax it or show it to me. If I cannot do the job, I will tell you straight away.
